Accelerated Career Enhancement Services began as something of a weird hobby. I started by helping friends and family members who had lost work during the Great Recession. They referred friends. By the end of 2010, the economy was recovering, and I was in business.
Over the past ten years, I have helped professionals in just about every field imaginable, from oil field workers to engineers on the space program. My best clients work hard to be good at what they do because they love what they do. Each is unique, and the time I spend getting to know each client and learning about what they do is the most rewarding part of my job.
I also work hard to offer the best resume writing and career coaching service on the California Central Coast. I strive to stay abreast of the employment environment in the region, as well as the latest trends and technologies in recruitment. David W. Machacek is founder of Accelerated Career Enhancement Services. As a career coach and as a small business consultant, he has a passion for helping professionals develop and execute a personal success plan. A former educator and non-profit leader, David holds a Ph.D. in Religious Studies from UC Santa Barbara and has taught at UC Santa Barbara, UC Riverside, and Trinity College in Hartford, CT. He has an accomplished record of professional and community leadership. His success habits include daily exercise, the practice of gratitude, a well-organized calendar, and a messy desk.
